Expedition Overview

On this expedition, we show you the hidden beauty of the Chilean Fjords, before taking you to the Antarctic Ocean for the ultimate exploration of Antarctica and Falkland Islands. During this voyage, we also attempt a landing at the Cape Horn. With this exciting adventure being led on world's first passenger hybrid ship, there is just so much to see, do and learn.

Day 1

Santiago De Chile

Enjoy exploring the capital of Chile on your arrival before an overnight

Day 2

Santiago to Punta Arenas

Transfer to Punta Arenas for a brief town tour before embarking your ship

Day 3

Chilean Fjords

Be out on deck as we cruise through Beagle channel watching its lane of 5 famous glaciers

Day 4 - 5

Cape Horn and Drake Passage

With fantastic wildlife, clear blue skies, vast open spaces and stunning beaches, this place will amaze you with its wonders

Enjoy your prime days looking for incredible wildlife, unimaginable scenery, and close encounters with nature. Every visit here is unique

Cruising the crystal waters of this short stretch, surrounded by rugged Andes mountains with their dramatic rock formation, waterfalls & spectacular sight of glacial ice pouring straight into the sea, will leave you spellbound

Attempt to Land at Cape Horn

A dream for many. Famous for its treachery waters & extreme weather conditions, If we anchor off at Cape Horn, you will be able to go ashore to explore this deserted and yet romantic piece of land

Visit Port Stanley

Falklands' Capital

Rich with varied culture, yet more closely related to Great Britain, in its own special way, mingle with the locals, or wander outside the town to its rural areas, beaches or large pastoral lands full of bird life


With aim to make 1-2 landings per day, we will take the chance to get off the ship to observe the surrounding, visit rookeries, abandoned whaling stations or meet some scientists at a research station

Go Small Boat Cruising

Whenever possible, the Expedition team will launch RIBs as part of your included experience to cruise around an iceberg, take you closer to watch whales, or simply glide around to enjoy surrounding landscapes

Join for Hikes

Explore snow & ice-filled wilderness of Antarctica, enjoy beach, private land walks in Falklands. Hike up to view points, walk among seals or penguins, visit a rookery.

Camp on Antarctic Snow

Imagine setting up your sleeping bag under the midsummer night skies of Antarctica, being surrounded by pure silence, only disturbed by the voice of rumbling icebergs or penguins. Limited spaces available

Kayak on Pristine Waters

Navigate through icebergs, pass by shorelines dotted with thousands of nesting penguins, or say hi to the whale popping up close by! Sharing the waters with massive marine life will be a memory of a lifetime

Get Around on Snowshoes

Available during late spring or early Antarctic summer, pull on the special shoes, and easily walk on soft snow, to reach places which are otherwise difficult to get by foot

Dare to Polar Plunge!

If dipping into the polar water has been on your bucket list, then this will be the chance! For those very bold, this option will be available at the end of one of the landings

Explore Birder's Paradise

At Falkland Islands

Sight some of Falklands’ most elusive birds - endemic Cobb's Wren, Magellanic Snipe, Flightless Steamer Ducks, bright red meadowlarks. Chance to also Witness thousands of black-browed albatross

An exciting part of being on expedition ships is to be out on the deck with binoculars to watch the flying miracles closely. Spot albatrosses, petrels, shearwaters, fulmars, terns, skuas and many more

Visit Penguin Colonies

As we make sure to keep our distance to not disturb them, witnessing these charming creatures shuffling around as they go about their business is something that will stay with you forever

Watch for Whales

Expect to spot blue, fin, humpback, minke, orcas, southern right & sperm whales close to the ship. While at Antarctic Peninsula, they can appear out of nowhere, maybe next to you when you are out on small boats or kayaking

See the Seals

The most commonly seen seal in Antarctica is the crab eater. The adorable Weddell seals spend most of their time below the surface but can be found on the ice during their breeding season between Nov - Dec

MS Roald Amundsen

This world's 1st hybrid powered passenger ship was launched in 2019, named after first man to reach the South Pole, and shows the world that hybrid propulsion on large ships is possible

Science Center

Join Expedition Team here for lectures, photography workshops, & Citizen Science Projects. The area also features scientific & educational equipment, such as microscopes & interactive maps, to dive into details of regions

Observation Lounge & Deck

On 2 levels, both indoor/outdoor, it's an ideal place to scan the scenery & watch wildlife with your binoculars. The indoor serves as a lounge, to gather for activities, chit chats or simple relaxation in warmth while watching outside


Each cabin is outside facing with large windows. 50% have private balconies, and aft suites features private outdoor hot tubs with spectacular views

Rewind & Relax

At the spa, sauna, infinity pool, jacuzzi, or warm up at the jogging track out on the deck and the indoor gym

A complimentary program for kids aged 7-13. Run by an experienced host, the program focuses on fun-filled learning around wildlife, historical explorers ,environmental protection etc. Contact our expedition consultant to enroll your kid

  • A medical declaration form is required to be submitted by all passengers joining this expedition
  • A travel insurance of repatriation amount USD 200,000 is mandatorily required
